Cafe du monde is just walking distance from the hotel. 15 minutes walk from the property to bourbon street. We enjoyed staying at de l'eau vive. Garden district won't disappoint you:)))

we visited restaurant august, set only 100 ft away. easy access to new orleans lakefront airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away. we appreciated the fact that we chose de l'eau vive.

The kitchen available. Hotel was situated not far from tourist destinations like jackson square.
